Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of computerbazar.in (“Website”), operated by Computer Bazar Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Customer: Any person purchasing goods or services through the Website.
  • Vendor: Any registered seller offering goods or services through the Website.
  • Super Admin: The Company managing the Website, payment gateway, and vendor operations.

3. Account Registration

  • Customers and Vendors must provide accurate information during registration.
  • Vendors must submit valid Indian KYC documents (PAN, GST, Aadhaar, Bank Details).
  • The Company reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts.

4. Vendor Obligations

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable Indian laws including Consumer Protection Act, 2019, IT Act, 2000, and GST Act, 2017.
  • Vendors are responsible for product authenticity, pricing, and delivery.
  • Vendors must pay commissions (fixed or percentage) as agreed with the Super Admin.
  • Vendors must maintain transparency in refunds, warranties, and product descriptions.

5. Super Admin Rights

  • The Company may deduct commissions automatically from vendor balances.
  • The Company may suspend vendors for non-payment, fraud, or policy violations.
  • The Company manages payment gateways, refunds, and customer support.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
  • Customers agree to abide by refund and return policies.
  • Misuse of the platform (fraudulent orders, false claims) may result in account suspension.

7. Payments and Withdrawals

  • Vendors may withdraw earnings after a minimum of 5 days post-sale.
  • Withdrawals are processed monthly or as per system configuration.
  • All payments are subject to deduction of applicable commissions and taxes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs on the Website are owned by Computer Bazar Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited under Copyright Act, 1957.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for vendor product defects, delays, or damages unless directly caused by platform negligence.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India courts only.
